EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Building Works

London Mining Company (LMC) intends to reconstruct/rehabilitate some of the buildings / facilities in their concession area at the Marampa Mines Site, Lunsar and therefore invites expression of interest from qualified contractors for short listing to carry out the intended building works at Marampa Mines Site, Lunsar.

Interested contractors should submit in their expression of interest the following document:

1. A letter of Expression of Interest
2. Company’s Profile indicating building works undertaken stating location, duration, value of contract and client. All references will be crosschecked.
3. Company Profile must list company resources to undertake the works; Office(s), Facilities and Equipment. Indicate companies level of bonding limit. All references will be crosschecked.
4. Registration certificate from a contractor qualifying body such as the Sierra Leone Ministry of Works and Technical Maintenance.
5. NRA Tax Clearance
6. NASSIT Clearance

All documents should be enclosed in a single envelope, sealed and marked "London Mining Company Building Works – Expression of Interest" and addressed to: The Procurement Officer

Short-listed contractors will be contacted for bidding.

Civil Works

London Mining Company (LMC) intends to construct a variety of civil works within their concession areas at the Marampa Mines Site, Lunsar and Transshipment Facility at Thawfayim off the Port Loko Creek. LMC therefore invites expression of interest from qualified civil works contractors for short-listing to carry out the intended works in these categories

1) Earthworks and Drainage
2) Concrete works
3) Road works
4) Bridge Structures
5) Jetty (Marine) works
6) Civil Works for Water Supply System, Power Generation Plants
7) Steel Fabrication and Erection

Interested contractors should submit in their expression of interest the following document:

1. A letter of Expression of Interest indicating the category(ies) of competence.
2. Company’s Profile indicating civil works undertaken stating location, duration, value of contract and client. All references will be crosschecked.
3. Company Profile must list company resources to undertake the works; Office(s), Facilities and Equipment. Indicate company’s level of bonding limit. All references will be crosschecked.
4. Briefs on all Qualified Professional’s on Staff and List of relevant associates of your company.
5. Registration certificate from a contractor qualifying body such as the Sierra Leone Ministry of Works and Technical Maintenance.
6. NRA Tax Clearance
7. NASSIT Clearance

All documents should be enclosed in a single envelope, sealed and marked "London Mining Company Civil Works – Expression of Interest" and addressed to:
