International Competitive Bidding
Request For Partnership

The National Social Security and Insurance Trust is inviting Applications for Partnership for the development of the Bintumani Conference Center into one of an International status in Sierra Leone.

The Project will involve the design of the entire layout of the modification, rehabilitation and reconstruction works including ancillary facilities, interior design, decorations, furnishings, and operation of the Complex.

Proposals should include: Company Profile, Experience in Facilities Management and Operations, Financial Disposition and Legal Status. Contact:

National Social Security and Insurance Trust NASSIT) Tender For Vehicles
Procurement Number: NASSIT/ADF/VEH/08/003

The National Social Security and Insurance Trust has allocated funds for the procurement of Vehicles and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of:

Two Coaches
Two Salon Cars

Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate ability to supply vehicles.

Each bid must be submitted in triplicate and in a sealed envelope marked: TENDER TO SUPPLY VEHCILES TO THE NATIONAL SOCIAL SECURITY AND INSURANCE TRUST addressed to the office of the Head, Administration & Facilities, National Social Security and Insurance Trust, 32 Walpole Street, Freetown.

Bids must be delivered on or before 12:00 noon on 8th December, 2008.

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Le 250,000.00 per copy.

All bids must be accompanied by:

Bid security of not less than 2 million in the currency of the bid;
A valid tax certificate;
A valid NASSIT compliance certificate.
A business certificate

Bids will only be considered from companies that buy the bidding document.

Therefore, bidders must ensure that the bidding document is bought under the name of the enterprise they will be bidding.

Bids will be opened on Monday 8th December 2008, at 12:00 noon in the presence of bidders representatives and bidders who chose to attend, at the NASSIT Conference room, 1st Floor, 32 Walpole Street, Freetown.
