The African Minerals (SL) Limited
PUBLIC NOTICE

The African Minerals (SL) Limited wants to make it Abundantly clear to the General Public that it has never entered into any contractual agreement with any company and/or individuals for the removal and/or collection or sale of rail and/or rail slippers as carried by the Exclusive Newspaper in its 20th January 2008 publication.

The African Minerals (SL) Limited also wants the public to know that the rail and rail slippers are not scraps in anyway by the companys estimation and that the old rail would aid and facilitate the speedy conclusion of the new rail.

Therefore, any company, groups of companies and/or groups of individuals purporting to have entered into any form of agreement with the African Minerals (SL) Limited for the removal and collection or sale of rails and/or rail slippers is doing so at its risk and if caught would be prosecuted in the court of law.

The company further warns all individuals and/or companies that are engaged in the act of removing the rail and rail slippers to stop immediately and that all rail and rail slippers that have been removed should be returned within 24 hours after this notice, failing which would suffer the consequence of their actions.

In addition, any individual and/or company, groups of companies found in possession of rail and rail slippers will face the full weight of the law. By this notice the Ministry of Mines and Mineral resources has been fully informed.

You have been warned
