PUBLIC NOTICE

The National Power Authority is in the process of improving its relationship with all its customers especially in the area of consumer education and providing valuable public information to customer. In that regard, Management is presently working to effect repairs on the Transmission and Distribution System which is over forty (40) years old. Furthermore, because of the concern we have for you our customers, Management is desirous to establish a more robust customer satisfaction.

It is for this reason N.P.A is therefore requesting the general public to report all fault related cases pertaining to the supply of electricity by calling the following numbers:

Management is again reminding the public that it inherited an old and obsolete transmission and distribution system built in the 1960s and which have been neglected over the period by past Management of the Authority. We are committed to repair the network.

National Power Authority belongs to you the people and will during the present dispensation continue to work in the interest of the people for an improved and sustainable electricity supply to the city in particular and Sierra Leone in general.
