Chorister Denies Love Making With Pastor

Victoria Yakor Sesay is reported to have denied love allegations with Pastor Mahoi of the Temple of Truth Deliverance Ministry in Freetown. Yakor, a Chorister at the church, is said to have been adopted by Pastor Mahoi and his wife since she was a little girl. Rumours broke out however that after a while when the girl started reaching maturity, she got into a love or sexual relationship with Pastor Mahoi, whose wife is reported to have let the cat out of the bag. This brought a massive scandal for the man of God, whose life has led many to the fellowship of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. While it is clear that the relationship between the pastor and his wedded wife has strained as a result of this, unconfirmed reports now indicate that the man of God has gone ahead and married Victoria Yakor Sesay, thereby breaking his marital vow. Amidst all this, Victoria Yakor has been on the denying side.

He disclosed that the minister was out of the country but any time he comes, he will appear before parliament.

Proprietor of Nameya Islamic Mission in Hot Waters

The Proprietor of Nameya Islamic Mission in Bo, Alhaji S.B Kallon, is alleged to be involved in mischievous activities contrary to moral standards. His alleged misdeeds have reportedly forced members of the mission to recommend to the Minister of Education, Youth and Sports for his immediate replacement. The mission has reportedly recommended that he must be thoroughly investigated before even thinking about retaining him as proprietor. Reports have alleged that Alhaji Kallon has illegally sold the missions land and misappropriated funds meant for the growth of the mission. Alhaji S.B Kallon has constantly denied the allegations, saying he is as innocent as the word itself.

Police on Red Alert to Curb Crime in the City

The Assistant Inspector General of the Sierra Leone Police (SLP) in charge of Crime Services, Francis A. Munu, has said the force is on red alert to defend the city and country as a whole against activities of armed robbers and other criminal gangs. He said the police will frown at any information that will cause disaffection or security threat. Reports say, anybody found wanting of such an unpatriotic act will be severely dealt with according to law. This comes following the spate of armed robberies that have resulted in the deaths of two people including a British national and the recent arrest of a former military officer, who reportedly passed an intelligence report to the police that has been found to be bogus and concocted.
