"I feel like I am being raped all over again every single day" - Sierra Leone Rape Victim

One of the women who strongly allege that they were gang-raped by supporters of Sierra Leone's President Ernest Bai Koroma under the supervision of the President's Personal Bodyguards has contacted Awareness Times Newspaper to make a passionate appeal for Sierra Leoneans in the Diaspora not to relent in the quest for them to get justice.

The lady is particularly upset that certain unscrupulous Sierra Leoneans in the Diaspora who support the President and the ruling All People's Congress (APC) are attempting to demonise them, the victims by towing and propagating the misinformation peddled by the APC-supporting Police Chief which claim no-one raped the women.

Shedding bitter tears as she appealed for support, the lady said she currently felt like she was being raped all over again every time someone says no-one raped them inside the SLPP Party Headquarters on March 16th 2009.
