She explained the aims and objectives of her organization, saying it was founded in Oregon State in the United States of America in March 2006.

She noted that the main thrust of her organization is to promote reforestation and agro-economy for global communities around the world.

She went on to explain the short term economic goals of the organization which she said is geared towards food production.

Responding, Madam Sia Koroma thanked the director for the visit and the interest demonstrated in supporting food production in the country.

She warned against deforestation and illegal logging, saying they are enemies of development.

She ended by pledging her support to the organization and assured the director of a wonderful working relationship with her office.

In another development, the Manager of Bintumani Hotel at Aberdeen in Freetown, Miss Thompson, Tuesday 5th May 2009 introduced the Chairman of the Board, De Yu Tu, to the First Lady at her Hill Station office.

Mr. De Yu Tu thanked Mrs. Sia Nyama Koroma for her support to the management of the Bintumani Hotel and assured that they will continue to play their part in the development of the country.

He said "We have the best construction company in China and want to transfer the technology to this great country".

He disclosed plans to change the infrastructural outfit of the Bintumani Hotel into a modern complex by importing the best engineering firm from China to undertake the refurbishing.

Against this background, Chairman De Yu Tu extended an invitation to the First Lady to visit the hotel to assess the reconstruction work.

Responding, Mrs. Sia Koroma thanked the chairman and entourage for the visit and expressed delight at plans to change the infrastructure of the Bintumani Hotel into a modern and first class one. She said with such a move, more tourists would be attracted to the country.
