While encouraging members of the public to be consistently trying chances with their various draws, he used the occasion as an opportunity to call on the government to give the company a regulatory status as a statutory entity to be overseeing other lottery outlets in the country. ďThis will enable the Sierra Leone State Lottery to create more chances for the playing public,Ē he informed.

In a joyful mood, the lucky winner, Mohamed M. Fadidga expressed gratitude to the company for being transparent in their draws. He said he was particularly happy for being the second ĎKick Poí winner with (4) four numbers on a single ticket in the history of the draw. ďI have been playing ĎKick Poí for the past several but never been fortunate to win four numbers on a single ticket,Ē he confessed. While thanking Lotto for the issuance of the cheque, he promised to use the money to improve on his business as well as solve other pertinent family affairs. He concluded by encouraging all Sierra Leoneans and Lotto players in particular to continue playing four and five number stakes of ĎKick Poí draws to increase their chances.

Audience at the Ceremony

Given the opportunity to say a word or two, the president of lottery Retailersí Association, Mr. Alimamy Sesay said the winning will certainly draw many players to the ĎKick Poí draws now that people have started wining four number stakes. He however warned against responsible playing.
