Thousands of subscribers to Comium-Sierra Leone Limited across Sierra Leone have described the mobile company as ďa reliable and trustworthyĒ company being that it always stands by what it promises.

These confirmations were expressed on Sunday, 26th¬†September 2010 by almost all the subscribers who attended the Comium ĎCash for Lifeí raffle draw at the Njala Avenue on Beach Road, Aberdeen in Freetown.

A subscriber, Adama Kamara who during the ceremony encapsulated the perception of the hundreds of Comium subscribers present, showered praises on the company for what she described as the companyís ĎKombra Heartí character towards its subscribers, especially those residing in the provinces. According to her, when mobile telephone communication was its initial stage in the country, she subscribed to all the then existing networks, but had to settle down for Comium at last because of the ďconsistency, reliability and trustworthiness of its network,Ē she said.

ďI have not experienced any frustration from the Comium network and because of this I feel confident to say, ĎComium nor dae lieí,Ē Adama stated.

¬†In another development, Comium on Sunday 26th¬†September 2010 held its second monthly and weekly ĎCash for Lifeí raffle draw again at the Njala Avenue. During the weekly consolidation draw, ten lucky subscribers; Gabrella Mammy Quee, Abdul Rahim Sesay, Precilla Adama Kamara, Esther Katta, Ashim Koswana, Joseph Kamara and Moses Kanu won Le 500, 000 (Five Hundred Thousand Leones) cash each, while one Alie B. Sesay of Metchem in Goderich won the grand prize of Le 500,000 which will be paid to him on a monthly basis throughout his life time.

Comium Staff Partying with Winners

Also in the same weekly draw, another set of ten subscribers with mobile numbers; 033256597, 033101010, 033615202, 033593765, 033512614, 033423428, 033521704, 033891886, 033674385, 033674385, and 033966231 won Le 500, 000 each as consolation prizes. The above winners will collect their prizes next week.

Speaking on the ĎCash for Lifeí promotion, a member of the Marketing and Communication Team for Comium, Miatta Bonah said to qualify for the draw, a Comium subscriber should recharge his or her phone with 300 units every week and will automatically qualify for the draw. She admonished subscribers to continue recharging their Comium phones with 300 units and enjoy the promotion.

Highlighting the achievements of Comium since its establishments in Sierra Leone, the Marketing and Communication Manager, Mohamed Kallon told his audience that Comium is the NUMBER ONE Network in mobile telecommunication in Sierra Leone, adding that it has been the only mobile company in the country to have offered free calls to its subscribers for a period of four months. He said attributes such as consistency, transparency, and social responsibilities are some of the factors that help make Comium the best communication network in Sierra Leone.

Mr. Kallon went on that Comium is the only company that operates with the best and reasonable tariff in the country, adding that their weekend free call facility and low tariff for people residing in the provinces is superb. He cited that in 2008 when FIFA was on the verge to place a ban on Sierra Leone on football activities due to the deplorable state of the National Stadium, it was Comium that rescued the country from that international embarrassment by pouring thousands of dollars to renovate the stadium to a standardize mode and Sierra Leone was saved from the ban. He further highlighted the hit-1000, SMS chat, post paid service, roaming, Icom Dot Net, football update, horoscope, caller tune, weekend free call, summer Mania, among other products are some of the companyís most successful and beneficial¬† promotions ever launched in the history of¬† mobile communication companies in Sierra Leone.

The Marketing and Communication Manager assured Sierra Leoneans that the company has more in stock for its subscribers before the end of 2010. He disclosed that the company would in the shortest possible future launch other attractive and thought- provoking promotions for its subscribers.
