One of Sierra Leone's most brilliant political and legal strategists, Charles Francis Margai, is once again displaying his awesome talents. This time, Margai has drawn out the Honourable Attorney General Franklyn Bai Kargbo to join him in a public 'letter-writing competition'. Margai then strategically used his public letters to attempt to set-up a wedge (set-fire) between His Excellency the President Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma and the Attorney-General.
In one of his letters last week, Margai publicly told Kargbo that President has once upon a time told Margai that President holds a dim view of Kargbo.
Then, in another piece of letter-writing competition issued out yesterday August 17th 2015, Mr. Margai now publicly says that infact Kargbo also holds a dim view of his boss the President especially in the constitutional removal of former Vice-President.
"The essence of Margai's claims is to cleverly make the two men develop mistrust for one another into which cloudy outcome, Margai can orchestrate events better to his advantage. Underestimating the brilliance of Charles Margai is always a mistake," said Ngor Massaquoi from Bo, a political observer.
However, in latest of his letters issued in the ongoing letter-writing competition, the AG has bluffed that Margai cannot 'set-fire' between him and President.
Meanwhile, the letter-writing competition goes on.
