He added that thereafter, he visited the store at Santana house where the alleged incident occurred and he discovered that four hundred and eighty cartoons of shoe boxes of Samaritan purse were missing. He went on that upon returning to his office some beneficiaries of the said items informed him that the items that were stolen are out in the market for sale.

Daniel Emmanuel Kargbo continued that the Chief Executive Officer of the Evangelical Fellowship Sierra Leone instructed him to go in search of the stolen items and together with Reverend Michael Abdulai left the office and went to Lumley Street, Siaka Stevens Street and Salad Ground in search of the alleged stolen items. He went on that they met the second accused person Fatmata Mansaray selling some of the alleged stolen items at Salad Ground and he bought some of the items from her. He added that they went to Siaka Stevens Street, opposite old Immigration Office and met the third accused person Rugiatu Koroma selling some of the alleged stolen items and they also bought from her and went to the store at Santana House and took some of the items to the Central Police station and handed it over to police. He added that on that same day, he went together with a team of police officers and arrested the accused people.

He went on that on Monday February 27th 2017 he went together with some police officers to conduct a search warrant at the resident of the first accused person, Konowah Lappia and police discovered 39 shoes boxes of Samaritan purse and he was arrested and taken to the central police station.
