On Friday 7th April 2017, the Magistrate of the Ross Road Magistrate Court No.1 Magistrate Seray Wurie Committed thieves Case of five accused persons who are members of a Cligue Gang at Thunder Hill in Freetown to High Court for trial.
These accused persons have a Case to answer, as a prosecution counsel has produced sufficient evidence in Court to prove that these five accused persons actually conspired together and they robbed and stole the property of three different complainants which included Mobile phones and money all to the total value of eight million eight hundred and sixty five thousand Leones. This alleged incident happened at Kissy on 12th March 2017.
This happened when these five accused persons, Mohamed Koroma alias Artical, Abdul Karim Kamara alias Nas, Abdul Aziz Koroma alias future, Mamadu Bah and Abdul Bangura appeared in the Ross Road Magistrate Court No.1 before Magistrate Seray Wurie to answer the offense of 17 counts Charges of conspiracy to commits charges of a felony, Robber with aggravation, wounding with intent. Wounding Riotous conducts, carrying offensive weapon, Assault occasioning Actual Bodily Harm and obstruction. Police Constable 4513Tamba Abel Paul Sellu prosecuted this matter in court.
