Tigo Gives Longer Longer Happiness To Customers With Millions of Leones Cash Prizes

Millicom Sierra Leone Limited (TiGO) has made another history yesterday Wednesday August 22nd 2007, by giving Millions of Leones to Sierra Leoneans at Crown Bakery in Freetown.

Prior to the Launching at the Methodist Youth Center in Bo Town, staff of Millicom had conducted a float parade which aimed to sensitize the populace on how they can become Instant Millionaires.

According to Millicom's Marketing/ PR Officer, Jariatu Bah, the Millionaire promotion is for all and its takes only 1 minute to become a Tigo Millionaire.

 

All you have to do is to call from your TiGO sim number for at least one minute and you get entered into a raffle to win 1 million leones every single day Jariatu Bah enthusiastically explained.

She further informed that the Millionaire Promotion started on the 15th of August and will continue until 15th of September 2007. She emphasized that all should top up and call from your Tigo to any other Network for at least 60 seconds and you get instantly qualified for the daily Le 1,000,000 raffle draw. Subscribers can participate everyday to be a Lucky Millionaire.

The owners of the following numbers 030 418793 and 030 288984 (Mr. Mohamed Jalloh and Mr. Seth Nkansah) were the lucky winners and received Le 1,000,000 each from Tigo during a sumptuous and delicious lunch at Crown Bakery in Freetown.

Speaking shortly after he received his cash prize, Mr. Mohamed Jalloh, one of the winners urged all Sierra Leonean to join Tigo and talk for a Longer Longer Time.

The Marketing Analyst / Valued Added Services Officer, Choe Miller conducted the Raffle Draw and urged all to participate.

 

The Territory Manager for the South Region, Ibrahim Njai said that as the price-leading brand in the market, Tigo offers lowest tariffs of only Le 2 per second with an attendant high quality services to customers and also provides products that meet the high standards that customers are now used to. These he elaborated to be quality, reliability and affordability.

 

In the Southern Province, Chief Foray representing the Chief of Bo Town, and Mustapha Amara, Assistant Auditor-General for South Region welcomed Tigo and promised to work with Tigo for the development of Bo Town and the Country as a whole.

In talking to this press, one of the lucky winner Mohamed Jalloh a business man selling plastic bags along Tengbe town Freetown, disclosed that he was in the street selling his bag  when he receive a call that he has won one million Leones from a Tigo raffle and should report at the Tigo office. He first thought it was a joke and he confessed that it was not until yesterday when he physically possessed the cheque that believed the good news. He called on all Sierra Leoneans to subscribe to Tigo to become millionaires. The second winner, Mr. Seth Nkansah was speechless as he was overjoyed with the one million winning.

 

All in all, it was an excellent and fun time and local journalists, TiGO staff and the lucky winners all went home, fully satisfied in many respect.

 

Mr. Cliford, the Customer care Supervisor gave the vote of thanks and reminded all to take home the message of Tigo Longer Longer Times to their neighborhoods.
