In talking to this press, one of the lucky winner Mohamed Jalloh a business man selling plastic bags along Tengbe town Freetown, disclosed that he was in the street selling his bag when he receive a call that he has won one million Leones from a Tigo raffle and should report at the Tigo office. He first thought it was a joke and he confessed that it was not until yesterday when he physically possessed the cheque that believed the good news.
