Marie Stopes Sierra Leone, a Non- Governmental Organization engaged in healthcare services in partnership with the Ministry of Health is requesting bidders for the provision of vehicle repairs and maintenance services for a fleet of 4 X 4 vehicles which include Toyato Land Cruiser (HardTop), Prado, Station Wagon (Cobra), Hiace-Mini Bus, Nissan Patrol.

Interested Bidders should submit a sealed bid document with details meeting the under mentioned criteria.

a) Bidder must be the owner of a garage with update licenses and fulfilling all other national requirements for such venture.
b) Bidder must have a work force of not less than ten (10).
c) Bidder must be suitable equipped with modern mechanised technology.
d) Bidder must provide evidence of similar work they have done within the past three (3) years, for one or more reputable organizations operating in Sierra Leone.
e) Bidder must be equipped to undertake and spontaneously respond to calls in case of a vehicle breakdown anywhere within Sierra Leone.

Bidders must also include in their bid document a quotation for general routine maintenance for vehicles for a period of 24 months (2yrs).
