Rehabilitation of Basic/Non-Formal Education and Vocational Skills Training

Project: Supply of Furniture
Re: Amendment to Bidding Document

Based on the Specific Procurement Notice for the Procurement of Furniture for the Vocational Training Centres in Bo, Bombali, Kailahun, Kenema, Koinadugu, Kono, Moyamba and Tonkolili Districts.

The Project Coordinating Unit (PCD) wishes to inform all prospective bidders that the following amendments have been made to the bidding documents for the above items.

A. Bidders should quote for all items in a lot. Partial quotation will be deemed non - responsive.
B. The price of goods, if Imported should be quoted in Carriage and Insurance Paid (CIP) district of destination.
C. Duty free concession will be applicable to all goods imported on behalf of the Project.

The bid opening is extended from Wednesday 24th February to Friday 5th March 2010, at 11: 00 am

Re: Amendment to Bidding Document

Based on the Specific Procurement Notice for the Procurement of Tools, Equipment and Toolkits for the Vocational Training Centres in Bo, Bombali, Kailahun, Kenema, Koinadugu, Kono, Moyamba and Tonkolili Districts.

The Project Coordinating Unit (PCU) wishes to inform all prospective bidders that the following amendments have been made to the bidding documents for the above items.

A. Bidders should quote for all items in a lot. (i.e. for both items in A and B). Partial quotation will be deemed non responsive

B. The price of goods, if Imported should be quoted in Carriage and Insurance paid (CIP) district of destination.

C. Duty free concession will be applicable to all goods imported on behalf of the Project.

The bid opening is extended from Monday 22nd February to Wednesday 3rd March 2010, at 11: 00 am
