Lawyers for Haja Afsatu Kabba led by Blyden Jenkins-Johnston Esq. have told the High Court of the Hon. Justice Ademusu that based on the "evidence" led during the Prosecutionís case, they had nothing to proffer in the form of witness or evidence, as, in their opinions, the Prosecution had not presented a case against their client that needed to be defended with witnesses or evidence. The Court has now ordered for the prosecuting entity, the Anti Corruption Commission to make their closing arguments in both written and oral form; following which the Defence should reply in like manner. The trial resumes on Friday July 16, 2010 for Closing Arguments.
