In Sierra Leone, Africell /NAKWADUS Host Ghanaian Movie Star

One of the leading GSM service providers in the country, Africell-Lintel over the weekend collaborated with NAKWADUS to host a Ghanaian actress of the year 2010, Jackie Appia (aka) Ciara. She was a guest of honour at a Sierra Leone movie starsí contest held at the Miatta Conference Hall in Freetown.
In a post contest press briefing held at Africell headquarters, Jackie Appia expressed her happiness for the hospitality accorded her since she set foot on the Sierra Leonean soil by both Africell and NAKWADUS staffs. "I do not regret coming to Sierra Leone. I am happy to be here to talk to my fans and join them in celebrating," she informed, while calling on Sierra Leoneans to continue to preach peace and love to one another at all times for the development of the country.
She disclosed that three out of the five contestants chosen as finalists will be taken to Ghana to be given the opportunity to act with other Ghanaian stars. "I am going to act alongside the three finalists when they go to Ghana for our first movie," she informed.
On behalf of Africell, Head of Events Sponsorship Mr. Arthur B. Kallon said they were proud sponsors of Sierra Leone movie stars, and that they were always ready to work in the interest of their subscribers, adding that what every their subscribers have interest in forms part of Africellís corporate social responsibility.
