Thousands of subscribers to Comium-Sierra Leone Limited across Sierra Leone have described the mobile company as “a reliable and trustworthy” company being that it always stands by what it promises.
These confirmations were expressed on Sunday, 26th September 2010 by almost all the subscribers who attended the Comium ‘Cash for Life’ raffle draw at the Njala Avenue on Beach Road, Aberdeen in Freetown.
A subscriber, Adama Kamara who during the ceremony encapsulated the perception of the hundreds of Comium subscribers present, showered praises on the company for what she described as the company’s ‘Kombra Heart’ character towards its subscribers, especially those residing in the provinces. According to her, when mobile telephone communication was its initial stage in the country, she subscribed to all the then existing networks, but had to settle down for Comium at last because of the “consistency, reliability and trustworthiness of its network,” she said.

He said attributes such as consistency, transparency, and social responsibilities are some of the factors that help make Comium the best communication network in Sierra Leone.
Mr. Kallon went on that Comium is the only company that operates with the best and reasonable tariff in the country, adding that their weekend free call facility and low tariff for people residing in the provinces is superb. He cited that in 2008 when FIFA was on the verge to place a ban on Sierra Leone on football activities due to the deplorable state of the National Stadium, it was Comium that rescued the country from that international embarrassment by pouring thousands of dollars to renovate the stadium to a standardize mode and Sierra Leone was saved from the ban. He further highlighted the hit-1000, SMS chat, post paid service, roaming, Icom Dot Net, football update, horoscope, caller tune, weekend free call, summer Mania, among other products are some of the company’s most successful and beneficial promotions ever launched in the history of mobile communication companies in Sierra Leone.
The Marketing and Communication Manager assured Sierra Leoneans that the company has more in stock for its subscribers before the end of 2010. He disclosed that the company would in the shortest possible future launch other attractive and thought- provoking promotions for its subscribers.
