He added that he then obtained interviews from those who were in charge of the affected offices.  He went further that he asked for those who were on night duty on the day the incident occurred and the management identified four men to them as part of those who were on duty the night.

He continued that the four men were cautioned and taken to the CID headquarters for further investigation. He added that he was led again by the Acting Manager, Reverend Victoria Blake to the IT office and she identified one Mr. Adran as the Head of the IT department.  He went on that he requested Mr. Adran to play a replay of the Closed Circuit Camera Television (CCTV) footages from 7pm on 26th of February  to 6am on 27th of February . He continued that when the camera was playing, he requested that Management should identify the first accused. He added that the first accuse Beetus Text was also taken to the CID headquarters for investigation and a copy of the CCTV camera footages was down loaded and handed over to the crime writers' office.

It was at this juncture that the prosecutor, Assistance Superintendent of Police Samuel Kamara sought for an adjournment for the crime writer to tender the copy of the downloaded CCTV camera footages to the court.

The Defense team is led by S.M. Sesay. He renewed their bail application for the accused persons but the prosecutor objected to the bail application.

However, Magistrate Dr.  Abu Bakarr Binneh Kamara granted 160 million Leones bail with one surety each  and each surety should produce a bank statement of thirty million Leone and must reside at the Western Area and bail should be approved by the Master and Registrar of the High Court of Freetown.
