Sierra Leone News : Africell Doles Out Le 160,974,000 to Subscribers

Africell one of the leading mobile company operators in Sierra Leone, has yesterday Thursday 8th June 2017, presented prizes to the first set of winners in the Africell Ramadan Show 2017, at the company’s headquarters in Wilberforce, Western Rural District of Freetown.

 

In his brief statement before the presentation, the Chief Cooperate Affairs Officer of Africell Mobile Company, Joe Abass Bangura said the promotion provides Africell Subscribers with the opportunity to observe the Holy Month of Ramadan, to play fun games and win great prizes in the process. “This promotion gives subscribers the opportunity to win more than five hundred million Leones (Le 500, 000,000),” said Joe Abass Bangura.

Joe Abass Bangura disclosed that one hundred and thirty-five (135) subscribers have won items worth one hundred and sixty million, nine hundred and seventy-four thousand Leones (Le 160,974,000) across the country. “Today we are presenting prizes to winners for the draws held from 29th May to 5th June 2017. Prizes will only be presented physically to winners that are resident in the Western Area. Cash winners from the Regions will be splashed over to them and other winners will be presented later”. Joe A. Bangura said.

 

Giving a breakdown of winners, Joe Abass disclosed that star prize of Le 50,000,000 was won by Tejan Jalloh, a resident of Calaba Town. The other winners are; Tiwa Davies of Waterloo Le 10,000,000 and Abdul Jumu Bangura of Brookfields Le 5,000,000. He went on say that 40 subscribers win Le 500,000, 21 win 1000 minutes talk time, 18 win 2GB, 5 win Freezers, 11 win Generators, 18 win Itel Phones, 6 win Plasma TVs, 2 win Le 5,000,000, 3 win Le, 10,000,000 and many more attractive prizes.

 

Receiving his prize, star prize winner, Tejan Jalloh expressed his gratitude to Africell Company for being transparent in the entire process. He added that the Africell Ramadan Show, is a reality and called on all subscribers to trust Africell and try their luck.
